Terms of Service

By using this service, it is assumed that you have agreed to the terms of use and privacy policy after the service commencement.

Reservation Policies:

  • Our salon operates on a strictly reservation-only basis. Please make reservations in advance via phone or in-person. Same-day reservations and walk-ins are possible based on room availability.

  • If you are menstruating, have high blood pressure, are unwell, have allergies, are under medical care, taking medication, consumed alcohol, pregnant, or breastfeeding, please inform us when making a reservation as certain treatments may not be suitable.

  • Cancellations or changes to reservations should be made during business hours the day before. Changes made after this time will be considered as completed services. Please be aware of this policy.

  • Payments are primarily processed through automatic settlement (credit/debit card), with cash accepted upon prior arrangement.

On the Day of Reservation:

  • We will arrive at the specified location at the reserved time. Please note that if you are late, the treatment duration may be shortened.

  • Prior to the treatment, a brief survey and counseling will be conducted. Feel free to consult with us if you have any concerns.

  • Following counseling, for safety reasons, the therapist may not be able to fulfill specific treatment requests. Please understand this possibility.

During Treatment Guidelines:

To ensure a comfortable experience, kindly cooperate with the following:

  • Immediately inform the esthetician if you feel unwell during the treatment.

  • Refrain from actions that may disrupt other clients' treatments.

  • Please adhere to the no-smoking policy.

  • Maintain a quiet atmosphere.

  • Please strictly adhere to the scheduled time.

Restrictions on Service Use:

You may not use our services if you fall into any of the following categories:

  • Individuals under a doctor's restriction.

  • Affiliated with organized crime or similar associations.

  • Using drugs (marijuana, stimulants, solvents, etc.).

  • Under the influence of alcohol or heavily intoxicated.

  • Unable to abide by our commitments.

本サービス開始後は利用規約またプライバシーポリシーにご承諾頂いたものとみなします。

 

 

ご予約に関して

・当サロンは、完全予約制となっておりますので、あらかじめお電話もしくはご来店されてご予約いただけますようお願いいたします。
なお、お部屋の空き状況により、当日のご予約、ご利用も可能です。

・生理中、高血圧、体調不良、アレルギー症の方、医師にかかっている方、薬を服用されている方、アルコールを摂取された方、妊娠中、授乳中の方は、必ずご予約時にお申し出ください。
技術が受けられない場合もございます。

・予約のキャンセルや変更は前日の営業時間内にご連絡をお願いいたします。それ以降の予約のキャンセル及び変更は、予定していた技術を行ったものとみなします。あらかじめご了承ください。

・お支払いは基本的に自動決済になります。(クレジット/デビットカードでのお支払いがメインとなり、ご相談いただいた場合には現金でのお支払とさせていただきます。)

 

 

ご予約当日に関して

・ご予約時間に指定場所へお伺いさせていただきます。なお、ご予約の時間に遅れた場合、技術を短縮させていただく場合もございますのでご了承ください。

・事前に簡単なアンケートとカウンセリングをさせていただきます。ご不明な点はご相談ください。

・カウンセリング後、事故を防ぐため、セラピストの判断によってはお客様のご希望の技術内容をお受けできない場合もございますので、ご了承ください。

 

施術中の注意事項

客様に心地よく受けていただくために、以下についてご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。

・技術中、体調を崩されるようなことがありましたらすぐにエステティシャンにお申しつけください。

・他のお客様の技術の妨げになるような行為はお控えください。 

・禁煙にご協力ください。

・お静かにお過ごしください。

・時間の厳守にご協力ください。

 

下記の項目に該当する場合は、本サービスをご利用頂けません。

  • ドクターストップがかかっておられる方。

  • 暴力団関係者またはそれに準ずる方。

  • 薬物（大麻・覚醒剤・シンナー等）を使用されている方。

  • 飲酒、または泥酔されておられる方。

  • 当店からのお約束をお守りいただけない方。
