What Is a Japanese Spa?

We promote Chowa, the concept of balance and harmony.

"0" symbolizes the idea of Chowa, deeply rooted in Japanese culture.

We embrace and celebrate Chowa, seeking balance in life, valuing health, and serving with respect and thoughtfulness.

Chowa Philospy

Japan, a country with about 2,700 years of history, has cherished the Chowa philosophy for more than 10,000 years, even before its official county founding. This philosophy is evident in our mind, our culture, and also relationships.

We believe

Chowa is at 0 point

Our spa founder Katy discovered that the Japanese concept of Chowa can be expressed as "0". We aim to lead our guests to this "0 Point" during the treatments and help them experience Chowa through the senses.

How to be Chowa

Chowa can be seen in many Japanese cultures.

We defining it needs three steps which are embracing your true self, accepting your surroundings, and living in harmony with surroundings. It leads co-exist and also the Japanese way of PEACE.

- Genki - Vitality

In Japanese, there is a word called "元氣" (genki), which refers to vitality. It's a word that conveys a sense of energy and vigor. It's expressed in kanji as the combination of "元" (original) and "氣" (spirit/energy), signifying that vitality emerges when you return to your original state, or in other words, when you reach a "0 point."
