- Genki - Vitality
In Japanese, there is a word called "元氣" (genki), which refers to vitality. It's a word that conveys a sense of energy and vigor. It's expressed in kanji as the combination of "元" (original) and "氣" (spirit/energy), signifying that vitality emerges when you return to your original state, or in other words, when you reach a "0 point."
